My guest bike, an 02 400 EX is in need of a top end rebuild. This bike is always used as a slow trail ridden cruise quad. Who has the cheapest rebuild kit (piston, rings, gasket ect)? I dont really care if its cast or forged.

call up C & D and get a JE Piston, Colby can also get you the gasket kit....

CRE, what leads you to believe it needs a rebuild? Any bike shop can help you out with a new piston/rings, call a hona dealer, for 80 bucks you can get a new OEM piston/rings/wrist pin/circlips, but you better check your bore carefullly for out of round/bad taper. Go to honda.com and search for dealer in your area.
