i changed header and i noticed i had a leak around where the header goes to the motor..so i took them off and installed again making sure gaskets were on right and i tightened both sides down equally and there is still a leak...its not big you can just feel it with your hand when it is running. will this hurt anything i am frustrated and ready to ride lol

You didnt replace the crush gaskets. Fix that asap, its not good for the motor at all to have it leak there. It will run extremely hot because the oxygen is going to get in there and will really heat up quite possibly destroying your valves.

They are located in the exhaust ports. they'll look like an O ring almost but made of copper. once used theyre no good and must be replaced after putting the exhaust back on.

They are maybe 1.5 inches in diameter or so. Theyre cheap to get at the local honda dealer too. Yes you are taking a big risk at frying the valves.

Please what ever you do DO NOT listen to them. If it does burn up i highly doubt that theyll admit they are wrong and fix it for free. You will then be stuck with a broke down quad.
