How do you adjust the denton steering stabilizer?

I just recieved the Denton steering stabilizer and I cant figure out how to make it stiffer and looser? Its probably easy to adjust but im stupid;)

all you have to do is spin the thing that stics out. the little stick lookin thing
spin to the right to tighten and left to loosin
kinda commen sense
