400ex(250r) Steering Stabilizer/ and also a seat latch

I am looking for a steering stabilizer for my 400ex. The 250r stabilizer does also work on the 400ex(correct me if i am wrong) so I am considering the 250 ones also.

Another thing i need is a seat latch for my ex.

I have a WER stabilizer. It's for a 250R but will fit a 400EX. It's on my 400 now. It's adjustable and rebuildable, supposed to be alot better than the shock type stabilizers. $225 shipped.
