400ex vs 250r swinger bolts

what are the differances between the two?

does anyone have both that they can post a good clear pic of the two of them setting side by side?

is the O.D. different size?


just wondering... I'm still kicking around the Idea of using a 250r swinger on my 400.

i dont have pictures but the bolts are the same.but....using a R swinger on a 400ex is a very bad idea. it wont work with out major cutting and welding.

yep...

already got that one figured out.

I'm going to mill out the area for the shock clearance.
and have to come up with a slight splacer on the one pivot area.

can you think of anything else ???


Ive been working for about three months now on just getting the old swinger bolt out :mad:


unless anyone would like to trade for the one I want, before I hack this one up ????
