I used to get emails like that, I forwarded one ot paypal and they said they knew there were some scams going and they were looking into it. I would go ahead and send it to them so that they can scan your account to be sure everything is ok, just be sure you send it to the real paypal.

Just forward it to spoof@paypal.com and they will email you back within 5 minutes and let you know if it's spam. Also, Paypal will always address you by your full name.

It's not spam, it's called "phishing". The link will direct you to a server that appears to be paypal. They instruct you to login and once you do they have access to your account. :eek2:

Just forward the email to paypal (DO NOT LINK THE LINK) like Lolli2 said

not sure about the paypal emails, but i get some fake emails from ebay all the time. Ebay said if they send you an email and it doesnt seem real, log in on their site and check your mail folder on their, and if the same email is not in their, then its fake, and you should forward it to them.

I would go to the "actual" site (www.ebay.com or www.paypal.com) and change your password. You should never just click on a link in an email anymore. There are too many scams out there.
