i got a uni filter. i have a 05 450r. i was wondering if i could cut the rubber thing off on the right side that pushes against the air filter.

why would u do that? it should fit more info

I think that is a crank case vent. leave it on.

it will fit with that in there. doesnt sem like it will, but it will. i had the same issues and ended up getting it on there without hacking
