best mx cam

ok i searched here and didnt find any good info. wat is the best cam for mx racing and what else do i have to get? i cant get a hotcam because i have a 300ex not 400ex. tc? sparks? web?

i run the white bros "all around" mx cam.i think its 1850 grind.i still have most of the low end as stock but lots more mid range torque.:)
