I have a Z400 cylinder off of a 2003 that has been sleeved and replated by Millennium Technologies to 94.5 mm which would put you at a 440. Cylinder is fresh and ready to go. All you need is a piston of your choice, head and base gaskets and you would be ready to go, no down time. I will get a picture of it up soon.
$320.00 shipped to the lower 48 states and I do take paypal.

Nope, $320.00 shipped, when I had it done originally with the piston and gaskets it was over $600.00. Feel this is a fair price.

You paid 600 bucks for a sleeve job? WOW! Dont mean to harsh you or nothing but you can get the Wiseco 440 kit for $170 and get the sleeve installed for $150.

Reread the post, that was with everything needed and yes the steel sleeves are cheaper but this has the alluminum sleeve that has to be coated, which in turn costs more. And to me I would rather have the alluminum than the steel anyday.
