Hey guys,

I bought an K&N filter and a dynojet jet kit.

The directions were straight forward. I was just unsure as to if I was above or below sea level, and how much below or above I am. I live in Cleveland, Ohio.
I will be getting a pipe pretty soon. So I just set it all just for filter. It runs pretty good though. I had to back down on the airmixture a lil bit. Then sounded better. seemed a bit rich.

Tell me what ya think

thanx:D

For Ohio..

Highest Point - The highest point in Ohio is Campbell Hill. It's 1,549 feet above sea level.

Lowest Point - The lowest point in Ohio is the Ohio River. It lies 455 feet above sea level.

Mean Elevation - The Mean Elevation of the state of Ohio is 850 feet above sea level.

BTW, did you leave the airbox lid on when you rejetted?

I use to have a web site where you could put in your address and get a general sea level #, but I can't find it. Try searching if you want, sorry I can't help more then that.

Your Geography teacher should now ;)

My teacher?!?:D I'm an old man:D

I had the lid off, but put back on before I put the bike away. Should I leave it off or on?

the directions are saying.. use one jet below 3000ft, use another from 3000 to 6000ft, and another above 6000ft.
So that's why I'm unsure which to use, if I have the wrong one.
I think I used the one for below 3000ft.

yep, use the below 3000ft one...you are well below 3000ft.

I would leave the lid and use it only when washing the quad. if you want to keep the lid (for protection) get a EHS rading lid (or kit). I have one on my 400ex and z400 and love them.

It's a good exhaust.

I, personally, have the Dr D slip-on on my honda and a Yoshi full on my suzuki. The slip-on gave me a nice low end boost. The Yoshi full really woke of the z400....plus it has a nice deep sound without being to loud.

What type of riding will you do doing?
