I want to put a cam in my 416. Which one should I use? I trail ride pretty aggressive and some hill climbing with some play racing occasionally. Thanks!

hotcam stage II should be good for you IMO

the new stg 2 not the #1007 OR #1009 YOU WANT THE #1034 or somthing with split duration.:D :D

yeah make sure its a NEW stage II, how far are you diving into the engine then? If you go in any farther replace the cam chain with the CRF one for reliability.

Whats the difference between the new and the old stage 2? And does RM carry them?

I heard I might do more damage than good changing the cam. I had it bored at ECATV last year to the 416 10:1 Wiseco, have a WB E2 silencer, a K&N open lid and jet kit. I was told I might be looking for a "blowup" if I put in the stage 2. Is this true? If I was to get the cam, should I get new valves and springs? :confused: :confused:
