hey guys what do you guys recomend for a budget 416 i need to know all i need to get to make it work

heres what i would recommend using to build a reliable 416 on a budget:

cylinder bored .080 over and honed
11:1 JE 416 piston (rings, circlips, etc. will come w/ piston)
Flexsteel head gasket, cometic base gasket
02 crf450 timing chain (heavy duty)
Hotcams camshaft
new valve stem seals
rejet
