boss isnt paying me

ive worked at this job for 3 months and never once have i been paid on time. once i waited over a week to get my check but mostly 3 or 4 days late. i quit going to work a week ago and i was supposed to get paid last friday and now its gonna be thursday tomorrow. he says he mailed it but i really doubt it... and if i do get it the bank probley wont take it because half of his payroll checks bounce. is there anyone who i can report this to because i am getting p**sed.

I think it's the IRS that handled that stuff, or the better buissnes burow, something like that. Good luck with it.
