I'm doing some other odd things first like XCR's all around, the usual bolt-on protection, and prolly shocks and arms, but on the back burner ofcourse is a top-end build-up.

Here is what i'd like to do:

Ross ultralight 440cc 11:1 piston and sleeve

Light port and polish, new valves and heavy duty springs.

HotCams Stage 2 or HRC...something of that sort.

Grind out stock header with my HMF silencer and have ceramic coated for now...keep tha torque.

Rejet stock carb, Quicksilver or FCR in the future.

Keep the stock gearing for a while...see what its like.

All careful assembly work done by me.

What do ya think that it'll all cost...general idea...plus machine work(minus carb for now)?

Thanks for your opinions!

When I did mine, 440 kit, cam, springs, port and polish, 3 angle valve job. It ran nearly $800, then another $400+ for the FCR. You will have some cash in it but I know that you will be happy with it.
Good Luck....:D
