Two of my riding buddies had the seat rip and fall apart in the same spot. It seems to be a pretty common problem.

Thanks for the props. Working on the seat and rear hipers. The seat tears from aggresive cornering, when you drop down into the corners it must push the foam and cover down into the staples and then tears it up, going to try and figure out a fix for that, don't want it to keep happening as my pants look the same:(

400exMO, we don't ride in Newton, we usally ride at Jeeps Motorcyle club, closest place to go.

supradean, really like the suspension, you do need the GT Thunder rear linkage though to fully stop the rear bucking. I had just the shocks, they helped and ended up doing the link and that stopped it.

Yeah I dont think thats it cause the one kid we ride with who had this happen does NOT corner hard at all. lol. He is a little on the heavy side though so maybe that has something do with it. The 3 hardest racers on our team haven't had this happen yet at all, and we're all around the 180lb range. The other two guys are about 250lb or more.

jwick07, yes my dad rode this bike last year in the vet 30 class and i rode the z400. but now my dad took back the z400 and i got the 450r because i turn in way faster lap time on the R than i do on the Z.

so my dad will b racing this year on a z400 in the vet 30 class.

jwick07, yeah i knew you raced at jeeps last year cuse i think you might have rode a few races in my class once. Did you ever ride the ATV B class?? can't remember if you did or not.
