400EX Oil Temp??

I am curantly running honda 4 stroke oil in my 400 and it seams to run kinda hot in the summer, i have a friend who sells amsoil products and he said amsoil full synthetic with lower your engine temp pretty dramaticly, anybody ever run amsoil and have that happen?

i use fully synthetic now and it seems to run a lot cooler...could be that its gettin cooler air to the engine now that its cold out....but i dunno

In 75*F weather my oil temp runs 235-250*F. In 45*F weather my oil temp runs 200-235*F.
