His name is Charles Welna from Shanendoah Pa. , his dad owns a small gym that had a video store and icecream parlor attached to it , nice guy and his brother also. So I know who this guy is.

Who is in charge of controling these nitwits from getting back on here and ripping people off? Hes had at least four different names on here.

Their are a bunch of guys on here who want to get ahold of this clown.
