um racing air scoops

i just got some um air scoops for my 400. heres the problem there are 3 holes drilled in them one for the top one for the bottom and one on the back. the hole on the back doesnt line up with the bracket that holds the fender on. i tried to make the bolt go into it but all i did was bend the scoop do any of you guys have these and if so did you have the same problem

The back hole mounts to the stock fender location but it works fine with 2 bolts like on my bike with race cut fenders see the pic

they look exactly like OMF without the stickers. i bought OMF because u have to drill holes for the UM scoops.

i just got done installing mine and they fit fine and i just got rid of the whole bracket itself.http://im000561
