sprockets

I need new sprockets for my 450r it may not make a big difference but i want it right... i do alot of low gear racing at my local track and i was wondering what i should get... front: 12-13-14 teeth rear: 38-39 teeth which would be best for me?

Dropping the front tooth will lower your gearing quite a bit. Try that out. If it's too low drop the rear a tooth or two to take it closer back to your stock gearing.

i would say 1 tooth down in the front...if thats not enough, go up a tooth in the rear
