how many link chain will i need with 14/36 on my 300ex... it has the stock swinger on it

how many sprocket teath does a stock 300ex have?

u probly only need to ajust the chain then.if not u need to go one link less.

13/38, A stock length chain will work with the 14/36.

it probly will work with stock chain.

on my 400ex stock was15/38. well i went down to 13/38 and needed to take a link out. but if i would have went14/38 i think i could have got away with just ajusting the chain.

and u only need to buy a 3 dolar link if your chain is to long. it be cheaper than a new chain.
