400ex seat latch and fender brace

i am in need of the 400ex seat latch and also that fender brace that runs along and bolts on to the middle of the seat. i hope someone can help me out. thanks

I have the fender brace with both clamps to hold it, and I think I have the part of the latch that bolts to the subframe.

the brace and the clamps come with the 2 screws rite? and i need the part of the latch that bolts to the seat. lmk prices. paypal?
