virus

Hey I got a msn and aim virus.... when I click on a persons name on either one, it automaticly sends them the link to download the program. It's a thing where it says that you can find out whos blocked you but when ya download it, it's a virus. I did a norton antivirus scan and tried to remove it but it said that it couldnt.... Any ideas??? It's buggin the hell out of me...

oh and i also tried to delete the file with my computer and it said access denied. WTF... This thing is tough...
