Do these 2 revalve any aftermarket shocks...I have a set of TCS front and rrear off of my 250R and wondered if I can send them to one or the other and get them to revalve them to work on my 4 06 450R.....I was wondering if the rod length and things needed changed.....if these 2 could do it....I am thinking to use the good aftermarket parts I already have for my 450 if I can get them to work properly...thanks for any ifo....

They both do revalves, the best way to find out is ask:

Gt Thunder 330-674-7122
Or email him lsommers@bright.net

You can try Colby @ C&D racing also.

Derisi definately you couldn't feel any better than to send them to a guy that has the same quad as you do

Gt Thunder= Laz, has 7 different links for the 450R not specifically for the 450ER tho.

He has a in house Dyno for shocks and he knows his stuff more than any other Suspension guy IMO.

same here I just sent off my rear shock to gtthunder for revalve, respring, and new linkage. From what I hear the service is top notch in every way.

I am going to call both and find out what they have to say about....but I was going to see what you guys have to say about using a shock that wasn't meant for tat bike to get it setup and working properly....if it could be done or has been done...thanks again guys

I dont know about your applications, but I dont see that it cant be done.

I have had Laz, GT Thunder convert my Long travel Axis shocks from my Z450 to Fit my 04 480R Long travel, and then Convert them again to fit my 06 450r regular travel.

All he needed to do was change tubes, rods, spacers etc... Cost was much less than buying new shocks each time. Or even the difference in selling them and buying new.
