Air box jetting ?

When jetting for a high flow airbox should I just jet it like there is no lid? (See it shine!!!)

I have the same air box on my XC 400ex, I didnt have to change my jetting any, but I run it slightly "fat", maybe go up one size on the main- not more than that.
