At the last minute I bought my 8yo son a Kazuma 90 for Christmas. The engine seems to run real well, but I see a lot of things that are sub par. He'll need bigger tires soon. Has anyone put bigger tires on these things? It has 3 bolt rims. I didn't know if anyone made adapters from the 3 bolt to a more common 4 bolt pattern.

Right now there is more engine than he can handle. His old quad is an LT50 with no suspension. I just want to widen the quad with spacers and keep it reliable.

What have you guys done to your Kazumas?

I dont have a Kazuma BUT the Raptor 80 also has a 3 bolt pattern in the rear,Betcha they're the same

For better stability go to a flatter profile tire like Razrs or holeshots,we did and it made a world of difference

Check ebay. I just bought a Kazuma 90 and I am looking into trying to find some parts for it. Ebay has wheel spacers for a Kazuma. Now I need to find an exhaust and front bumper for it.

They are the LT-80 Bolt Pattern and are still commonly sold everywhere today with any kind of tire you want

i found the gearing secret....
honda 70 dirt bike sprocket part number
23800-040-010
and a chain to match i believe its a 428/420
whatever the bike has...
don't ask me why but the original chain will not fit the new
front sprocket, but the new matching chain will fit the original rear sprocket perfectly..

this brings top speed to around 28-30 depending on how far you wind it.
and still has enough low end to do a dohnut in dirt from a dead stop. its now capable of full speed drifts...
i'm going to try a 15th if i can find one..
i'll keep you guys posted
next step: suspension!
in dire need of help!!!!!

Has anyone ever fitted one of the exhausts pictured in above on the Falcon 90? Did it fit, or with only minor tweaking. Also, has anyone tried to relocate the airbox or filter. This thing is very low and I have a bad feeling about water getting in there?

Guys I think the trx90 exhaust would be better fit. I am not sure..
How did that 50 exhaust fit, and what performance increase?

I have the 06 model and just ordered K/N and outterwears. I have to fabricate the intake tube from the carb to under the seat...
Start with rubber adapter 1 1/8" to 1 1/2" to 1 1/2" aluminuim tubing straght back to where the air box was located..
I am using a universal fit K/N 1 1/2" ID for the flange, 3" diameter body with 4" of length.
I can order the filter and outerwears up from my distributer. the filter runs $38 plus $14 for the prefilter..

I paid $25 for 1' of 1 1/2" aluminuim tube aluminum tubing which I will cut to lengh..https://www.metalsdepot.com/Cart3/viewCart1.phtml?LimAcc=$LimAcc&aident=
And $25 for a nifty adapter from https://silhoses.com/products/options.asp?partno=SR3828

I'll post pics of the final product when I get it done...

here are some pics of the stock airbox that I am removing..

the filter element is only like 3/8" thick

my index finger barely fits into the inlet hole...:chinese:

Loooking at $100 filter upgrade when it's all said and done.

My boy raced it last night ( placed 5 out of 10) and he needs some more speed... so it's worth the time and $$...
