i just bought a 2000 400 ex with alot of mods and it did not have the neutral light in it so i bought one of ebay and hooked it up and it did not work so i hooked it to 12 volts and it still did not work so i changed the bulb and tried it again and the bulb lights up so i tried it again on the bike and it did not work so ichecked the 15 amp fuse and it is good what else could it be
