I need to replace the a-arm bearings on my 2001 400ex with stock a-arms. What does everyone think about the pivot works bearings vs. the www.atvbushings.com bushings. The pivot works are more expensive but im pretty sure they are needle bearings which would last longer i think. But ive also read that the bushings dont rust and the bearings can.

Thanx for the advice

I have used the Pivot works in the past very happy with them,I have no experience with the latter.

They both will stick up,bearings rust, and the bushings also sieze in the plastic bushing.

Either way you must routinly maintain them, if you have been in water/mud.

Or you could go on [URL=www.planethondaracing.com] and get new a arms that come complete with the bearings, seals and ball joints for not much more than the price of all new bearings and seals!
