e-series help for 400ex

I just bolted on my e-series slip-on and noticed that there is a stream of air coming out of the top shooting forward where the cannister is rivited (front toward header pipe). Can anyone tell me if this is normal or is there some sort of seal broken already?

there was just another post like this a few days ago and i belive it was said to be normal..do some searchin for that post

I post this same topic a couple of weeks a go because i have the same problem but this is normal, i talked to a WB technetion and he said that some rived pipe will do this!! he also said that it won't effect preforamnce discolour anything......... If you want it to go away just take some RV sillycone and go around the back part of the pipe where it is leaking and it will go away ( i mean all the way around) i am in the process od doing this as soon as i get some sillycone!!!
dont worry give the 400 hell with that new pipe on there it is just wonderfull!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :D
