I wish my parents jus gave me my money like that.:ermm: but then again i don't think i'd be tellin everybody that my rents gave me money like that because then u get called spoiled and i also think its better when u have to work for ur money cus then when u buy somthing with it u treat it with more care because u kno that mommy and daddy wont buy u a new one so it teaches u responsibility. I agree about workin for your own money. But it is christmas its not bad gettin some spendin money as a gift.

I'm not tryin to start a big deal with everybody, but christmas isn't about how much money you get or what gifts you get. Its about caring for others, and celebrating the birth of christ and everything he has given us.

ugottaboyou...your exactly right. i LOVE hearing people ***** and complain about not getting what they wanted...or not getting enough....ya..my parents have always taken care of me...but hell, i gave a lot more than i got, and i dont care one bit. example, bought my sister a 512 mb mp3 player...she got me a 25$ gift certificate to kohls..did i care it was little? no..did i like it becuase i pay for my own clothes at the age of 17...yes

ya i work 50 hours a week over the summer 10 hours a day get paid 10 dollars an hour and im only 15 years old so if you work over 10 hours a day or over 50 hours a week doing something like grounds keeping or harder then i will give u all the respect in the world

yeah man same here i go to college right now and work 65 hours a week and over summer vacation i work between 75-90 hours a week the most i've worked is 92 hours, ie been working full time and going to school since i was a junior in highschool
