I need to raise the airbox on my 06. The "airbox lifter kits" I have seen from various companies look pretty cheapy. I believe I can manufacture my own and be better off. Just wondering if any of you fellows have done the same and have any input. thanks, Matt

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated ASAP! I just received my rear shock/linkage/airbox lift from Mark Baldwin and I can't figure out how to install the lift kit. It's just two machined aluminum blocks. Does anyone have pictures or anything? It's on an '06. I dunno if it's different.

I just installed my kit today from Baldwin. The angle block goes on the right ride(exhaust side) in the back. You put it right under the old screw in the crevis. It fits perfect. Then drill out the hole for the new screw. The square block goes on the left side under that origional hole. Then do the same thing. You will need to drill or file the right front stock mounting hole on the frane upward to get it to fit. Then use the stock screw. I talked to Mark today and this is how he explained it and it worked just fine. Now if I could only get my pro-pegs to fit.
