no, there is no kisk start conversion for the ex, and No you cannot put an XR kicker on it either.

i took that part of my engine apart today like where the starter is and it's pretty simple i may make one i'll keep you updated

ive looked into it, and you need more than just the xr400 bottom end. you also need the cylinder head for the decompression thing it has on there, sicne there is a tube coming out of the head that relases the compression so it does not build up. it is just easier to drop a full xr400 motor in there.

well if u take tht cover where the starter is if u put a shaft in there where the starter is and drilled a hole in the cover then put the kicker on there with the lil mechanizim and stuff there it might work

You cant just drill a hole in your cover and slap one on it wont work! SEARCH

i did search and is all i got is everyone tlking about using one from an xr which obviously won't work

This has been discussed for the past 4-5 years and no one has done it yet. If it could have bene done it would have been. But, as you seen or heard of anyone with one. It is the same with putting reverse into the engine.
