I have a `02 300ex with WB e-series ocmplete with 24 discs, and a K&N stage 2 jet kit with a 128 main jet( i am below 3000 feet.). And when I slow down without pulling the clutch, it backfires, not really bad, but really noticable. Is this the right jetting i should have?

Have you checked for exhaust leaks ?
Id recommend trying that first

yes there are small leaks where the header and silencer connect. I dont know how to fix it. the exhaust clamp they sent me wont close it.

Id say thats your problem then.
Go to your local parts/dealer, and tell them you have a leak in your exhaust. And , that you need some high temp. silicone and they'll set ya up.Atleast, they should able too.Putting the silicone on should be pretty self-explanitory,put it on pleaces where you find leaks.
