if ur gonna learn u gotta learn ur fundamentals.....cuz its all about thinkin quick and knowing wat to do with each obstacle but the only way to learn is practice....be ready for bruises cuts and bein sore for the first 2 weeks or so...

haha i learned some of that stuff after i saw it on tv one day about 6 months ago

lol the best thing to learn is the wall hop thing where you run up the wall and jump and grab the top of the wall and slinng your self over, my princple was shocked when made it to the roof of the school out at lunch one day, lol he didnt even give me studyhall.
