hey i have a 99 400ex and i can start it for about 3 or 4 seconds and then it will stop running so me and my dad start pulling it up tho rode with his scrambler and it starts to get so flooded gas starts blowing out the exaust the only way to start it is when it gets flooded is to turn the gas off and the when it start turn it back on please help me i dont want to do that every time i wanna start it
