i havea 2000 440ex it has hot cams in it the 440 big bore kit a rev box fmf powercore 4 uni air filter i have to take the motor apart soon to replace the piston and rings and was considering doing some work to the head of the motor i have heard of "port and polish" "shaving the head down" and putting "oversized valves" into it what does this mean and what else could i do to the head to have more power
