can i just send the quad in and they can take the parts of and spray them or do i have to take them of and put them back on agian my self.

my advice would be to send it in pieces.....but contact Pappy, just post a thread, he is good about answering questions....I know 300exrida is in the process of having his whole quad done by Pappy, and I mean whole quad, it looks awesome.....

You may partially disassemble your machine to save yourself a few bucks. He can also order and install just about any gusset kit you desire.
