on an 06 450r.... for flat track... what swingarm do you need... -2 or -3?????

my buddy jackie meadows ran a -3 on his YFZ!!! and i was thinking run a -2 on an 05 TRX450R... and on the 06 didnt they make the swingarm 1" longer for MX?!?! so i was thinging you woulr have to go -3 to get it back normal? or w/e
