i got a 250r with the loanstar frame what kinda hybrid motor should i put in it ?? i was htinkin of a 426 or 450 wut do u guys think ?

Hmm i think you should keep the 250R engine. Thats my vote, but do what you want. I think youll have better luck in another chat room.

well i already have a 330 in it so its pretty stoked already but i just want to get an idea of what i should do

Go big insted of a 4 banger the biger 250r or 350 or 370 strocker is way faster

what is wrong with you? Don't even come in here and talk about slap a 4stroke in a 250r. That is all that is needed another pos 250r hacked up frame that cant be used anymore. Come on guy you have a quad every one dreams of having and you want to be like everyone else. If you r really stubborn on this buy a 450r jeez.

If it was a stock frame I'd be mad, but since it's an aftermarket frame that they still produce if you want to hack it up go for it. I love a two stroke though, if you're not gonna race MX with it you're just wasting money though. The two stroke 6 speed will beat down any four stroke you can put in there in a drag or duning.

where did that engine come out of? I searched all over and couldnt really find anything. Did it come out of a street bike?

It's a roadrace bike motor that is on Yahoo Auction Japan for $500 :D

If im right if the frame is made for a R motor then you cant go 4-BANGER and the diferents is in the swingarme pivot bolt is lower for a R and mutch higher for a 4-BANGER im not saying it cant be done
