View Full Version : 440 Big Bore But What Fuel?

I Have Everything I Need For The IMS BIG BORE(440 11:1 Comp )Race Gas Only. I Also Have New Valves,Valve Springs and Valve Guides, But Im Still A Little Sketchy On What Fuel To Run Before I Start My Build Up. Ive Been Told 112 But Some Others Have Told Me VP ULTIMATE 4.. Any Suggestions?

11:1 compression can run pump. If you still want to run race gas just off GP you can mix half race, half pump but you really don't need it with that compression.

With the 11:1 you only have the mild compression. All that you will need is 50/50 mix. Sorry to bust your bubble.

no Bubble Bursting. its just thats what is said when i ordered it (RACE GAS ONLY!)... Now I wanna do it for sure i was uncertain becasue its the only bike i own and i dont have too much cash to keep geting it rebuilt.. thanks for the help il hope to have it in the shop by the end of the year ill keep you guys posted.
