Whats up everyone.

I have a stock 400 ex and just noticed i had a bent tie-rod. I dont do anything that extreme to the point that im questioning my bikes' durability so i dont know how it bent, maybe a jump i thought was a little smaller or something lol. But anyhow, i was just wondering if anyone could recommend a really good replacement set.

Thanks,
-kyle

P.S. while im thinking of it, a good set of nerfs and a k/s too! thanks again

Any chromoly tie rod is good.

My 400ex has been raced cross country in the 6 hour race, riden in woods and on dunes and even up a 13,000 pass in Colorado going over rocks without ever bending a tie rod. (knock on wood)

Yet enough force in the right direction will easily bend a rod on any quad. The 400ex is very durable in my book.

The stock 400 tie rods will hold up very good, but they are not made as strong as the 250r ones. If you can get your hands on a set from a 250r get them. There diameter is just a little bit bigger than the 400ex ones.

I'd rather bend a $8 tierod than a steering stem or knuckle:)

ya, i didn't get pissed when i bent it because there's a **** load of other things that could of happened that are 10x worse. I just wanted a good replacement so i didn't have to worry about it again. Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone, appreciate it.
