Quad Cities - Ice riding

Anybody on here ride on the Mississippi river when frozen or anywhere? I don't know what they call it, but I'm planning on riding Monday at the place next to credit island on the Iowa side.

Anybody else?? Or have some good spots on the Rock??

I don't know how thick it is up there, I heard that people were riding on it this past Saturday.

Yeah, I flat tracked in Pekin at the first race of '05. Then once in Macomb. I think I'd rather trail ride and play around though, so I got out of it.

When are you going to Astoria again? I need to ride somewhere REALLY BAD!!!
