how exactly does the bearing and seal come out?

just not really sure, tryin not to beak it so askin for help

oo ya its on a 250r if that makes a dif

Should be a rubber bushing at the top. Under it there is a c - clip that actually holds the bearing in. They are a beotch to get out..
