that means that the whole is STRIPPED. I guess you can use pliers to grab the outside of the screw and unscrew it, then you can probably get new screws at service honda maybe?!

Two techniques I have tried to get bolts out like you described is, 1, try a new allen wrench and make sure it goes all the way down (remove any dirt that maybe at the bottom of the bolt head. 2, try a flat head screw driver large enough to get into the "stripped out" hole (may require tapping with a hammer to get down into it and use of a vise grip to help turn the screw driver).
I have not tried it, but there are these things I saw called thread outs (or something like that) from Sears. Once you start turning this tool, it actually digs into the bolt to get grip and loosen the bolt.
Obviously, once you remove the bolts, replace with new ones.
Good luck!

I have heard people say to use a hammer and hammer in the next biggest size allen wrench to get a tight fit. Remove the worn bolt and replace with a new one.
Just an idea.

EX'r Marlin said thread out's. Sear's sells them, but they are typically called EZ Out's. Yo can also get them from most automobile stores. You just put it on a good drill (don't recommend using a cordless, use a electric one for more power)...drill into the bolt about 1/4 inch or so, then take the drill off the bit, and then use a wrench on the bolt. I know that sounds confusing, but they work real good, and once you but them you'll know what I am talking about. The EZ cost like 5 or 10 bucks for the bits. Mechanics use them all the time when they bust a head off a bolt.
