This setup is the shiznit. My friend makes them on a CNC machine at his work. He can use whatever billet aluminum is left over for whatever he wants. Anyways over 15 inches of snow, some skis, some modified GBC grabbers and it rips through the fresh powder like nothing. I couldn't believe it until i saw it myself. UNREAL

Unfortunately they are not for sale.

So when you come off the ground what keeps the skies from rotating around? Show some more pics of how they are built please.

Actually a strap or bungee from the front and back of the ski to the upper a-arms keeps it from spinning.
The straps were not on when I took the pics with my phone.
If you locked the front brakes there would be no movement up and down on the skis. You want them to move up and down a little bit in the snow.
We went riding today on the fresh powder on the powerlines. I just had rambo tires on the 400ex and it was even going through 15 inches of snow pretty good without skis.
Anyways, my batteries were dead in my digi camera on Saturday. Next time we ride I will have some video clips and pics.

Cool, I can run and program a CNC machine.... lol I never have time to make anything for myself though, I work at a Machine shop...

I'd have to suggest making something up that will only alow those ski's to move about 45 degrees(90max) or something, you wouldn't want them to accidently come around, bust your plastic and maybe your foot.

Those looks awesome man! Have you jumped with those on ? I'd be afraid of them spinning around, seems like you'd almost need some sort of saftey chain to keep them from going completely around. What kind of skis did you use?

if you last 2 who posted would read the whole post, you wouldn't have to ask dumb questions. along with the one who asked how much they were.
