AS MY MOTORS ALL STRIPPED OUT FOR THE MINUTE I'M REPLACING ALL THE BEARINGS AND SEALS AND CRANK . NOW I'M THINKING (HOPING) UNLESS I HAVE A GEARBOX FAILURE THAT I WONT BE OPENING THIS UP FOR A WHILE , SO -- I CURRENTLY HAVE A PORTED OUT 265 TOP END TO GO ON IT , BUT I MAY WANT TO GO 310 OR 330 WHEN THE NEED ARISES SO SHOULD I HAVE MY CASES MACHINED NOW FOR THE BIGGER LINER SIZE ? IF SO WHAT IS THAT SIZE , HAVE SEEN 3.3 '' SOMEWHERE I THINK BUT I'D PREFER MILLIMETRES . WILL THE STOCK BARREL BE FINE TO USE ONCE CASES ARE MACHINED?

ya def do it, my buddy had all his cases machined for a 370 top end so if he ever wanted to change he could.

I would say machine them for a 330 or a 350 up to you. i would def do something though. at least for the 330.

The 330 Sleeve and 350 sleeve are the same outer diameter. Send it to ESR and the will have it done and back in the mail same day or next for sure.

I called ESR this week and they told me 3.30 inches for the 350 sleeve size and the cases should be 3.340 to clear at assembly.
