subaru wrx

what do you people think of this car? its a Subaru WRX 2.5 rs j-spec. has awd and 300hp boxer 4 cylinder.

Nice car.....but isn't that just in Impreza? I was under the impression that WRX's didn't come out until '02. This car looks a little older. There is no pun intended so don't get butt hurt about this. Just asking.

ya my cousin had a 2003 sti. Itd had 396 to the motor. I dont know what it had to the wheels. It was sick fast, all it needed was a sr55 turbo. ill post some pics 2morow.:) now he sold it and has a evo 8 with stage one and stage two. I think it has about 400hp. ill get some pics of that to

my buddy had a WRX STI with a few mods. the thing was incredibly fast and handled like it was glued to the road. i never thought much of these cars prior to seeing what they can do hands on. i was very impressed with it.

That car is just a regular 2.5rs
But you can easily drop a wxr motor into them with very little modifications.

its a 96 wrx. the 2drs were made until 02'. its full name is Subaru Impreza WRX. same motor as the STI's but a little outdated and it dosent have the STI intercooler. comes stock with a turbo

I wouldn't mind a turbo charged one of those. Put a rally suspension on it, some bigger more agressive tires and take it to some back roads:macho
