I recently just had my entire motor rebulit on my quadracer 250 due to bad crank seals. I was fouling plugs all the time and buring up oil. When the motor was started I broke it in and it ran ok . I just went ridding again and now its doing the same thing but now it vibrates so bad you have to let off the gas. I was told it could be the crank.I rode the bike 3 times or less and the seals are gone im afraid if i rebild the motor again it will do the same thing and thats some money down the drain. Does anyone have any suggstions to help me out on what i should do thanks.

were the crank bearings replaced?if they are bad they will go through seals in no time.what about the rod?was the counterbalancer properly installed?it has to line up with the drive gear

Like he said, check the crank bearings first. They have 20 years of wear on them. lol.
