Can anyone tell me what a good price for a brand new 450R(2005) from a dealer?I have been Quoted $5398.00 Out the door.Should I buy it or wait for a 2006 model to come in?

thats their price, but it doesn't say out the door. They will probably throw on freight, prep, fluids, tax and whatever else they feel like. Call and ask and see what it would actually cost for you to get it out the door. It will be higher than that I can guarantee it.
