I just bought this 450r a few weeks ago. Good price.
But back to the point, I tore it down yesterday to have the frame pc'ed. I was going to have the stem pc'd at the same time.
Things change. The guy I bought the quad from had cut the stem and welded 2" in the midle. And not a pretty job at that. When I bought the quad I didn't think to look for such coblings this quad is loaded with high end parts. I guess he ran out of $$.
My point is if you can't come up with the doe then be patient. Do it right the first time.
