Im gonna say Flexx bars and lots of practice. The first race I have ever raced I thought I was gonna die but now that I have gotten some time racing I have noticed I dont get that tired or much arm pump.

If you do not have a dampner, get one. They really help out a ton, didn't I already tell you this back in the days of the cannondale and 400ex?

Yes yes you are a old memeber and have always helped me.Well I thought I could use my dampner off the cannondale and prehaps try to retro fit it to the houser stem.......naw not working. So ive read allot about the flexx bars and allot about the precision dampner.I know they are both$$$$$ but I think in the end it will help allot.Keep me safe and keep my arm pump down.

Thanks guys.

Another thing I thought was funny.I talked to my buddy phillip bapist and he said only places he really practices is some MX tracks and his back yard.He has nothing but Feild and turns no whoops jumps nothing. An this dude flat out flys.He said just go out an slamm turns for a hour an it helps allot.

Races are won and lost in corners. Jumping is cool but corners are where it's at

Also try an ride with a relaxed grip, try not to have a death grip on the bars and most important is to remember to BREATH. It is really easy to hold your breath when you get into rough or intense spots, so make sure you get as much oxygen as possible when you can.
I know this sounds silly but it helps me.

O i know I caught myself holding my breath in the 6 pack cuz I was casing the **** out of them cuz my arm pump was so bad.I never cased them once when I didnt have arm pump.

No but I did get in on film.lol..I see allot of scetchy landings on this ''6pack'' area its like 6 doubles each 20 to 30 feet apart with no take off really you jus hit a hump an just from that to the landing. The suspension ate it up tho.I see I wasnt the only one landing like that.I think it is b/c the dirt bikers really beat down the take offs.b/c in the practice I could do them easily.

I have the flexx bars and the Precision Damper and it is like you are not hitting any bumps, ruts, holes or anything. Practically eliminates arm pump. It makes a world of difference. Especially for us old guys. :)

Flexx bars are worth the money I need a pair my self.

also try working your arms out a little, stamina work outs upper body, jog, push ups and such.
